Community Moderator/Content Writer - Telugu (1-7 yrs)
Role- Telugu Content Writer/ Community Moderator
Responsibilities:
- Answering User Queries; TAT- 60 mins, engaging with the users.
- Generating ideas based on what users want and executing them seamlessly.
- Content Creation - 3 Articles a week.
- Spam Control
- Running Contests/ Campaigns/Challenges/ Weekly triggers
- Organizing Expert Sessions/ Community Chats/ AMA's
- Driving Numbers & Engagement
- Coming up with new strategies to drive a community
- Product + Community Sync - Inter-Departmental Coordination
- Aim at getting 100- 150 posts each community daily.
Goals:
Numerical targets for KRAs will be set on a regular basis in co-ordination with the communities team.
