What are you responsible for ?
Member acquisition: You must be able to bring perfect members to the group.
Content creation(Images/Video): You must be able to create content that the brand and the members love. You will have demonstrable experience in sparking conversation and engagement in online groups. You will have a positive, authentic online presence, be a natural leader and have an impeccable reputation. You are happy to share your words and images and create and execute a content calendar that wows the brand and excites the members!
Hitting KPIs : You will have monthly targets to meet on member growth, the amount of relevant UGC (user generated content), relevant conversations and other group health metrics.
Ideation and execution : Create evolving member growth strategy and work on growth experiments, moderation of the Facebook group- membership and post approvals, engagement and maintaining reports
