The Community Manager would be an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities. Through creative, clear and compelling web and social media communications, you will drive engagement and awareness of IPL's course offerings globally. You- ll be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing long-term social media marketing campaigns as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions.

We- re looking for someone who has excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team

Responsibilities:

- Ideating various campaigns to be posted on different social media platforms

- Develop unique strategies and build upon current strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives

- A stickler for engaging with strangers and the ability to ooze charisma and charm via written word

- Develop and maintain social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

- Working with technology, design, and content team to build viable online marketing strategies and delivering on it

- Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes

- Craft email campaigns for partners and leads

Requirements:

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Familiarity with basic web design, Canva, wordpress

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Community Management for social and online forums - Quora, PagalGuy, Facebook and Linkedin page, Twitter live feed

- Ability to deliver deadlines and work in a fast paced environment

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Hands on experience in content management

- Prior experience in working for education institute is a big plus

Qualification:

- A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in journalism, communications or related field.
