Community Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)

The founders and other members are globally successful entrepreneurs, who have joined hands with corporate executives and other startup founders, capitalising over $100,000 each month in similar events. Their network is currently spread across 10 countries, with a combined experience of over 1800 startups. They collaborate to invest across industries and groom the new startup founders through their multi-domain expertise.

As a Community Manager (Digital Marketing), you will drive engagement, develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, expanding Online Community using Social Applications.

What you will do:

- Defining most important social media KPIs

- Managing and overseeing social media content

- Measuring the success of every social media campaigns

- Staying up to date with latest social media best practices.

- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales & Development teams

- Monitoring SEO, User engagement & suggest content optimization

- Organizing online events, webinars & contest.

- Managing article writing, blog writing, PR writing

- Creating engaging content centered trending topics

- Coordinating with Graphics Designer for Creatives

- Working on creatives/ viral content writing

- Working on share-worthy and crisp content for social media

- Coordinating with Graphics Designer for Creatives

What you need to have:

- Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking (small and large groups)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues

- Conflict resolution skills

- Superior multi-tasking skills

- Social Media
