Community Manager - CoLiving Startup (0-3 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility :
1. Handle day to day operations of the property
2. Deliver amazing living experience to the residents by creating a vibrant community
3. Handle P&L and NPS
4. Manage occupancy for the property by driving sales efficiently
5. Looking timely into residents issues and resolving them
6. Vendor management
7. Manpower management for the property
Salary : max. 1,80,000 LPA
Work experience- 0-2 years
Candidates with extremely strong communication from any background can apply.
Requirements :
1. Qualifications - BHM/ Bachelors and master is Hospitality or Tourism(Optional)
2. Analytics
3. Excellent Communication
4. Should be willing to work in sales
5. Multi-tasking
6. Should know how to organize and manage events and gatherings
7. Mandatory to stay at the property.
