Our client is a B2B SaaS product company that enables fast growing companies to craft professional, beautiful error-free quotations. The client base is only in the US.

Do you want to work for a startup which wins customers or more PR ? Would you like a startup whose customers are loyal or whose customers churn looking for a better discount ?

Job Description : Community Manager

Do you find yourself everywhere on the phone? Be it a coffee shop, at a co-working space, chilling at the beach in a music festival? Does your life revolve around online relationships and your phone battery is fully charged (more than your wallet)? If trolls are your life, memes your bae and you are a self-proclaimed - night owl- lets talk!

At the company, you will :

1. Eat, breathe and sleep ideas, product suggestions, industry trends and conduct innovative exchanges.

2. Humanize the company with benevolence (aka just like Superman) and act with reasonable force to clean up the community without sinking to the trolls' level of negativity (just like Batman!)

3. Build a database and oversee the building communities of:

- Sales reps

- Sales ops + Deal desks

- Legal

- Finance

4. Bring forth Wonder woman's sense of justice and compassion in moderating and balancing engaging discussions in the communities.

5. Be charming like Flash to respond quickly to save the day! (All in a day's work!)

6. Help participate in tracking industry-events and thought leadership program

7. Look at data and build interesting campaigns including content, design and whatever it is needed to make it rock!

Skills you require :

- Excellent communication skills (Let's just say we want someone with a dash of Chandler, in-depth knowledge of Sheldon and a brilliant sense of humor that brings it all together)

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter - and all things in between!

- Analytical skills to interpret web traffic and online engagement metrics.

- An uncanny knack of knowing all about what is trending, what works and what does not.
