About the Role :
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include, (not limited to):
1) Manage Agencies, Celebs, Influencers & creators
2) Scout & on-board potential organic creators.
3) South based, Language - Kannada
4) Manage Music labels
5) Prepare weekly updates and reports to track progress and success rates of creators on-boarded, campaigns & content performance
6) Keep track on external trends / releases and carry out challenges.
7) Conceptualization and execution of campaigns.
8) Constantly communicate and mold upcoming talent / creators, improving content creation, Competition analysis.
Skills Required :
- Creators on-boarded, campaigns & content performance, Campaign Management and fluent in Kannada.

2) Are digitally sound and very active on social media platforms.
3) Have prior experience working on a short video platform and/or worked with an agency (ideally a competition platform).
4) Constant connect with online trends & topics is essential.
5) Possibly have been video creators on social media platforms - ADDED ADVANTAGE.
6) Know local language : Kannada.
Salary: 8-12 LPA
