Education and Qualifications
- MBA in marketing with 5 - 8 years of experience in Internal communication and branding OR Engineering graduate with 6 - 10 years of experience in Internal communication and branding
- We want candidates who have worked on Internal communication(eg content designing with stakeholders and sending mailers/ event comms/ creating awareness of certain topics, etc), Posting company updates in Yammer page, handling content in internal sharepoint page/intranet page, all employee townhall meetings, event managements etc.
- They should be good in working closing with different leaders in gathering information to prepare newsletters/booklets, corporate presentation deck, designing branding images, etc.
Skills :
- Candidate should have handled internal communication, newsletter, Yammer page, sharepoint content, townhall/all hands meeting, event management, etc
- This role will be working closely with Unit head and HR Head along with leadership team in content design, writing and communication
- This will be an individual role, where ever there is image building or graphics required external creative agencies and graphic designers can be involved.
