Communication Officer - Content Management (5-10 yrs)

(1) Develop a fine-tuned branding/communication strategy with the objective of :

(a) Increase visibility of BRLF's work

(b) Augment resource mobilization

(c) Build Brand BRLF

(d) Foster stakeholder engagement for strategic partnerships.

The outcomes from BRLF's communication strategy is to significantly augment funding for BRLF, promote strategic partnerships and maximum eyeballs of target audience for awareness generation about BRLF.

(2) Execute the communication strategy through a well thought through communication plan to include defining target audiences and understanding their medium consumption for optimal targeting, evaluate existing communication activities of BRLF, content generation, appropriate Media selection-social and conventional, Content placement-ATL, BTL, on ground and lay down measurement metrices for the communication activities

(3) Possess extensive understanding of various social and conventional medium along with cost benefit analysis

(4) Understanding of players in the media industry for placement of communication campaign and materials

(5) Creation of content in house or through external agencies

(6) Selection and contracting of traditional and social media agencies for placement and obtaining value for money for communication activities

(7) Possess understanding of media monitoring and analytics for assessing the impact of BRLF's communication activities

(8) Work with various BRLF verticals in being able to deliver the various tasks in the job description

(9) Editing communication material required for various projects, programmes and events including annual report

(10) Oversee BRLF's website www.brl.in

(11) Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
