The Job

You will be managing the loan portfolio and will be responsible for :

- Identifying opportunities targeted towards growing the current loan portfolio.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Working with internal partner teams to identify and deliver up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and maximize share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding activity as well as revenue goals for the given portfolio.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of policy changes and market trends.

The Profile : 

- You have at least 4 years experience in a B2B sales role, within commercial loans space, ideally with a reputable Bank.

- You have hands-on experience dealing with CRE and C&I loans.

- You are highly analytical and and possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a driven individual with an ability to exceed targets.

- You can train junior professionals if required.
