Job Summary
- Client Service Executive who can help maintain existing business with current clients
- Grow business relationships with current clients
- He/She will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as the liaison between the client and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Plan and schedule project timelines with the Clients
- Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
- Responsible for Costing, Invoicing and Collection of all the projects
- Responsible for invoicing of all the projects
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Handle all incoming briefs from Clients
- Respond to Clients e-mails the same day of receipt
- Make sure all the estimates are raised
