Columbia Petro Chem - Tendering Role (8-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Quotations for enquiries
- Works closely with the Sales Team to interpret Customer requirements
- Builds Engineering Bill of Quantity in line with RFQ received from the Client & Marketing proposal
- Understands and applies Company Policies regarding pricing, discounts, freight and other terms of Sale
- Presents Quotations with the most effective fit of RFQ/ BOQ
- Tenders documents both Technical and Commercial
- Coordinates with Clients regarding Tender Enquiries upto placing orders
- Field visits/ Visiting Clients with regard to Tender/ Vendor registration queries.
