Colour Coats - Business Development Role - Architecture Interior (2-6 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibility :
Business development Managers are responsible for driving business growth within the company. To develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Identify New Business Opportunities.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads.
- Manage end to end sales process from lead generation till business closure.
- Reach Sales Target Month on Month and make sure team targets are met.
- Monthly team sales report.
- Travel to meet clients whenever required.
- Must have good English communication.
- Must have connection with architectures & Interior designer.
