Responsibilities

1. Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.

3. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals,analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

5. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

6. Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies

7. Motivates and encourages sales team

8. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

9. Review and analyze sales and operational reports; use data to project sales,determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets

10.Excellent organizational skills

Requirements :

1. 3+ years of Edtech Sales experience (Minimum of 6 months experience in IELTS)

2. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

3. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

4. Great communication and presentation skills
