We are currently looking out for Business Development Associates for Prepp.

About Prepp:

Prepp is an online portal dedicated to help students appearing for government exams in their preparation. We help students keep a track of multiple government exams and solve their queries regarding the same.

Designation: Business Development Associate

About your new job responsibilities!!

- Counselling students and providing basic information over the phone regarding the suitable programs.

- Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided

- The process involves guiding the students, follow-up with the student, solving students queries and handling registrations.

- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.

- Align pre-sales activities such as demos with Trainers.

- Achieving sales targets on monthly basis

What Makes You A Great Fit :


- 1 year of experience in doing B2C sales for edtech

- Knowledge about UPSC CSE examination are preferred

- Strong communication on phone and emails

- Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students

- Ability to adapt to an online selling process and work in target-oriented environment

- Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.

- Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.

- Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets.
