Job Description :

- Responsible for aggressively pursuing digital media ad sales with interactive agencies, as well as directly with all relevant clients.

- Develop and grow ad sales revenue and meet/exceed revenue goals by prospecting for new clients

- Identifying prospects and closing online media deals Create unique sales properties and promotions, including contests and special advertising programs.

- Selling creative digital ad programs, embracing content marketing and sponsored content initiatives where appropriate.

- Track expiring contracts and negotiating to maintain business. Responsible for regularly reporting advertising sales revenue, sales and inventory forecasting and CPM analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Candidate with Sales background in Digital Marketing domain will be given preference.

- Proven end to end sales skills - prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation (this role requires end to end sales management).

- Proven ability to meet targets.

- Detail and process oriented.

- Self-starter and self-motivated

- Excellent communication and relationship development skills.

- People with experience of sales and revenue generation in a startup will be preferred.
