Role: Team Leader

Department : Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities Areas :

- People/Team management and working towards delivering the required admission targets.

- Handling team of counsellors and daily mentoring with Coaching and Feedback for achieving KPI.

- Providing daily ongoing performance feedback to enable team members to develop and perform.

- Set performance objectives for and with employees, conduct performance review, and provide performance feedback on a periodic basis.

- Shrinkage and Attrition management.

- Ensuring Schedule adherence and Daily Logins Hour Target is maintained

- Assists with the development and/or monitoring of workflow, procedures, and metrics to track employee and department productivity for improvements.

- Encourage & motivate team to meet day-to-day admission/enrolment targets.

- Quality audits- Working on Quality Insights and thereby improving all aspects related to Quality.

- Address Team Members concerns thus emphasizing on the Culture of - We Care .

- Open to Change Management at every phase of his Journey in CD.

- Emphasis more on Counselling Improvement Measures involving Empathy.

- Involvement in Innovative measures for Counsellor's improvement which acts as enabler for superior performance.

- In detail reasoning for every action taken while counselling a student keeping in mind every Admission is a - WOW- journey.
