Position : Senior Counsellor ( Gujarati Language )

Reporting to : Associate Manager (Gurgaon)

What would you be expected to do :

- Counsel students with their best knowledge as per the industry.

- Convert leads into admissions

- Directly get in touch with the colleges as and when required and help in admission conversion process.

- Self-starter and ability to execute high velocity closures

- Doing calling on leads given for final admissions and give maximum closures through the leads.

- Ability to work in low supervision but high ownership environment

- Maintaining daily MIS on the calls attended and walk in's attended.

- Should know the local language of the respective states.

- Meeting weekly and monthly targets

Skills you should possess :

- Experience : 2 to 5 Years

- Education : Graduate

- Inherent ability to have engaging conversations

- Excellent listening skills

- Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills

- Genuine interest in helping people succeed

- Understanding of Education Sector (government and private sector universities, colleges and institutions) is a big plus.

- Education : Should be a Graduate (Full Time), additional or alternate degree holders welcome Intrested
