Marketing Manager Role & Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning :

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for enterprise business clients.

- Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and growth targets.

2. Campaign Management :

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns.

- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed predefined KPIs.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data analysis.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.

- Work closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

4. Business Development :

- Identify and create new business opportunities within the existing client base.

- Develop strategies to upsell additional services such as SEO, SMO, ORM, and offline marketing.

- Collaborate with sales teams to explore new avenues for revenue generation.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.

- Identify trends, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Market Research and Trend Analysis :

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry best practices.

- Integrate innovative and cutting-edge approaches into marketing strategies.

7. Admissions Tracking and Improvement :

- Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on admissions.

- Implement strategies to increase admissions through various marketing channels.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing activities with enrollment goals.

8. Cost Control and Optimization:

- Track and manage Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for enterprise clients.

- Implement cost-saving measures and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Evaluate the efficiency of marketing channels in relation to CAC.

9. Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business heads to understand their unique marketing needs.

- Communicate effectively with University Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and account managers.

- Foster a collaborative environment for cross-functional teams.

10. Innovation and Creativity :

- Initiate and contribute to the development of creative campaign ideas.

- Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team.

- Test and implement new marketing solutions to improve results.

11. Stakeholder Liaison :

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including account managers and university representatives.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.
