CollegeDekho - Counselor/Senior Counselor - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Profile description :
- Handling of all inquiries - Live, Online, Telephonic
- Management of the sales funnel - Online and Offline.
- Student counselling - Specific to study abroad
- Follow up of all leads generated via the website, Social Media and Offline teams
- Conversion of inquiries to enrollments.
- Achieve targets for conversions for all CD products (Admissions, Prep & IELTS)
- Counselled to enrolled conversion ratio at greater than 20%
- Counselling Enrolled students for up selling opportunities within the CD portfolio
- System adherence for all tasks
Essential requirements :
- Australia/USA/Canada Counselling experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree - Preference is for foreign degree holders.
- Study abroad expertise - Should have a proven record of Admits and Visa Approvals
- Strong problem resolution skills
- A strong, ethical individual who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
- Respects diversity in co workers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good written and verbal English skills
