1. Market Research and Analysis :

- Regularly update knowledge on market dynamics and emerging trends.

Brand Analysis :

- Analyze brand positioning, messaging, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency and relevance.

Competitor Evaluation :

- Evaluate competitor activities and offerings to assess their impact on market dynamics and client acquisition strategies.

- Identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation.

2. Creative Management :

Creative Production :


- Oversee the delivery of high-quality creatives and collaterals, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the visual representation aligns with brand identity.

Production Process :

- Manage the end-to-end production process for marketing materials.

- Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

3. Timeline Management :

- Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of campaigns and adherence to client expectations.

- Implement project management tools for efficient workflow.

4. Client Relationship Management :

Client SPOC :


- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients, managing all aspects of their marketing needs.

- Ensure seamless communication and address client concerns promptly.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to strengthen client relationships.

5. Vendor and Financial Management :

Vendor Relationships :

- Oversee vendor relationships, managing contracts, payments, and performance expectations.

- Regularly evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms.

Financial Tasks :

- Update and maintain Profit and Loss (PnL) sheets.

- Generate purchase orders (POs) for marketing materials and services.

- Release payments to vendors in accordance with agreed-upon terms.

6. Social Media Management :

Social Media Monitoring :


- Continuously monitor social media conversations relevant to enterprise business clients and industry trends.

- Identify opportunities and potential risks in social media discussions.

Client Engagement :

- Identify and engage with potential clients and influencers on social media platforms.

- Foster a positive online community for the brand.

Data Analysis :

- Analyze social media data to track brand sentiment, campaign performance, and industry trends.

- Derive actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Content Calendar Oversight :

- Overlook the social media calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content distribution.

- Approve social media posts to maintain brand voice and messaging.

7. Offline Marketing :

Hoarding and Newspaper Design :


- Ideate and coordinate the design process for offline materials such as hoardings and newspaper ads.

- Ensure consistency in messaging across online and offline channels.

Offline Activities :

- Provide quotes and negotiate contracts for offline marketing activities.

- Oversee the execution of offline campaigns and events.

8. Digital Marketing :

Client Meetings - Online & Offline:


- Conduct client meetings, both online and offline, to discuss marketing strategies and performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics.

Digital Creatives :

- Ideate and coordinate the creation of digital creatives with the design team.

- Ensure alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.

PnL Sheet Updation :

- Regularly update the Profit and Loss (PnL) sheet for digital marketing initiatives.

- Track the financial performance of digital campaigns.

- PO Generation and Payment Release:

- Generate purchase orders for digital marketing services.

- Release payments in adherence to agreed-upon terms.

9. Specific Marketing Strategies :

Enterprise ORM :


- Implement and oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) for enterprise clients.

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.

Brand-Influencer Marketing :

- Develop and implement brand-influencer marketing strategies.

- Identify and engage influencers aligned with the brand image.

New Social Media Strategy :

- Develop and implement new social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

- Stay updated on emerging social media trends.

- OBD, Whatsapp, SMS Marketing:

- Ideate and coordinate Out-of-Home (OBD) marketing campaigns.

- Design and schedule creatives for WhatsApp and SMS marketing.

Competitor Analysis :

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

- Use competitor insights to refine marketing strategies.

Landing Pages :

- Ideate and create landing pages to support specific marketing campaigns.

- Optimize landing pages for conversion and user experience.
