Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at CollegeDekho located in Gurugram.
- The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the college application process, providing information on available courses and career paths, and offering support to students struggling with academic and personal issues.
- The Counselor will also maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Graduation is must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in academic counseling or student services
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of academic and career development principles and resources
- Familiarity with educational technology and online counseling platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus
- B2C Sales or Inside sales or outbound sales background can apply.
