College Dekho - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (4-7 yrs)
- CollegeDekho is a mid level EdTech company where hundreds of counsellors work on in-house CRM and handling queries and prospective leads originating from the web-portal. This role will aim to identify areas of improvements in the current funnel and design projects aimed at driving impact in the key business metrics objectively using data and user research.
- Additionally, the role will be responsible for leading new business initiatives aimed at enriching the customer experience and establishing new business verticals
Profile : Affiliate Marketing Manager
Role and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting new affiliate partners, ensuring best affiliate practices/processes, negotiating, and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements
- Must have experience in Managing Publishers, Affiliate Networks, Affiliates and Advertisers
- Must have worked with Email Affiliates, Publishers, and Affiliates
- Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners, regularly monitoring campaign performance, continually motivating affiliates to perform better.
- Keep affiliates up to date on market trends and promote relevant campaigns across all geographies. Closely monitor affiliates daily planning, performance, and traffic.
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure that both the organization and the affiliates have a win win situation.
- To make validations and reports for campaigns as per requirements.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in performance/affiliate marketing.
- Strong team management and partnership management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of online campaign management and online ad models.
- An in-depth knowledge of Indian affiliates markets
