Coinfantasy is seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand identity and product offerings through compelling graphic designs and engaging video content. This position requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of the Web3 and blockchain space. Additionally, you will also build and mentor a team that is responsible for deliverables across a wide range of opportunities including product enhancements, brand identity, creatives, user research, and design guidelines.

Responsibilities :

- Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for our product, marketing materials, and web presence.

- Produce high-quality visual content for social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

- Conceptualize and produce engaging video content, including product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos.

- Edit and enhance raw footage, ensuring high-quality, professional, and on-brand videos.

- Understand how our users are interacting with the product by evaluating user engagement data/success metrics and make improvements to our design approach accordingly

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management, to understand design requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.

- Work with marketing and people success teams to influence creatives, brand identity, and external perception and to create video campaigns that resonate with our target audience

- Lead the team in maintaining high-quality standards for graphic designs and video content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

- Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring timelines are met and the team's work aligns with project goals and client expectations.

What we expect :

- 3+ years of experience in directly managing design teams and proficiency in design tools

- A strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology, staying updated on industry trends.

- Demonstrate a high level of creativity and innovation in graphic design and video production.

- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and video editing software such as Premiere Pro. Exposure to Blender and Maya is an added advantage.

- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate our brand presence and user engagement.

- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, inspiring the team to excel and fostering a positive work environment.

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to accommodate requests from various teams and stakeholders without compromising on core design principles or timelines

- Ability to have effective communication in describing your vision to other team members through well-articulated opinions, backed by research and data.
