Job Brief :

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) to take the lead in growing segment of our business and well-rounded Digital Marketer for lead generation. You need to have the ability to work in a - start-up mode- and a fast-paced office culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive customer acquisition using lead generation strategies and deliver tangible leads using latest lead generation tools

- Ensure the company website is kept up-to-date and aligned with marketing objectives

- Target-based lead generation and lead nurturing activities via content marketing, account-based marketing

- Actively participate in overall marketing operations, lead management, and campaign execution to drive digital demand generation and paid media campaigns.

- Act as a connection between the technology platforms, their capabilities and marketing goals, to advise best approach and drive execution and improvement over time.

- Own the planning, quality assurance framework and execution of email and online marketing campaigns: this includes product, promotional and triggered email, content syndication, as well as paid display, search, and social advertising.

- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best practices for digital and email marketing across channels.

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Own end-to-end implementation and sending of email and digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis, and optimization.

- Email marketing: Create and deploy regular email communications

- Lead generation: Help to grow and maintain our lead generation strategy for sponsored campaigns

- Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.

- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement.

- Research & Audit Planning/Expansion of Keywords & Placements Keyword Analysis & Development.

- Topic/Theme Research Search Campaign Set Up & Optimization.

- Campaign Structure Optimization Ad Group Management Create Text Ad Copies & Ad Extensions Campaign.

- Targeting Settings & Scheduling Budget Management, Bidding Strategy & Bid Implementation. Landing Page & Conversion Rate Consultation Measurement & Reporting ROI Analysis.

- Detailed Monthly Reporting Ongoing Campaign Refinement Based on Data Patterns.

- Social Media Marketing Discovery & Research Evaluate Client's Existing Social Presence (Ads) and Competitors Business Pages/Ads.

- Campaign Execution & Optimization Facebook Campaign Management, (Campaign Launch, Ad Sets Creation, Ad Copies Creation/Creative Uploads, On-Going Bid Optimization, Engagement Rate Optimization, Ads Testing etc.).

- Share Creative Requirements for Ads with the Client Text/Visual/Video Creative Content for Social Ad Copies Analysis & Reporting Leverage FB Insights/Analytics to measure results for better targeting and continual improvement.

Requirements

- Expertise in lead funnel optimization and progression management.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

- Familiarity with analytical and database tools.

- Familiarity with HubSpot.

- Experienced with Paid Campaign Management viz. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc..

- Ability to set up retargeting ads/cookies within website

- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.

- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.

- Understand current marketing trends

- Must be able to work onsite (not a remote position)
