Cogoport - Events Manager (3-7 yrs)
Role Overview :
- We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Event Manager as a part of our enterprise sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention to drive customer engagement and loyalty across focused Industries.
Responsibilities :
Acquisition : This involves organizing events for building knowledge of customers on Cogoport's unique way of doing business and on Cogoport's capabilities. The target audiences are CXOs and supply chain heads of companies across targeted industries. Preparing a list of events across targeted industries that can enables sales team to reach out to decision makers in the international supply chain domain.
Retention : Conduct Cogoport organized events with customers and employees on dissemination of industry specific knowledge on supply chain advancements, entrepreneurship, and technology.
Employee Engagement : Organize internal events such as employee trainings and employee reviews on quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to increase employee engagement and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications :
Educational Background : MBA in marketing (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
Work Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience and proven track record in event management and business development.
Knowledge and certifications : Prior understanding of enterprise sales cycle and employee engagement.
Skill-set : Excellent time management skills, event management skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation and business acumen
