We are looking for :

- A dynamic, articulate, and high-performing Business Development Manager for our Sales and Marketing function. The person should possess the knowledge of Digital Automation technologies and have the skill to consult and convince customers on initiating and enhancing their IT transformation using the latest technologies fuelled by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Qualification & Experience:

- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience as Business Development Manager

- Data science selling experience or are a technologist with a flair for MArketing and sales

- B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering interested in Business Development

Role & Responsibilities :

1. As the Business Development Manager, you will strategize to lead the market with

extraordinary and relevant cognitive solutions with an aim to be a trusted advisor to customers.

2. You will be responsible for Business Development in your segment which includes developing a strong sales pipeline using research and latest marketing techniques, giving presentations on our technology offerings, creating commercial proposals and meeting assigned revenues targets with linearity and ensuring a great customer experience.

3. Partner Management : Aligning with partners and working to create new partnerships to help scale business

4. Ability to innovate, define new offerings / modify existing offerings to suit the needs of

customers and sharpen the value proposition.

5. Create deep knowledge in Customer Domains, work with Domain experts to leverage their knowledge to help solve customer problems through CogniTensor's capabilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Experience in all phases of sales life cycle

- Strong social skills and ability to work well with internal/external stakeholders.

- Strong communications skills and ability to prepare and deliver high impact presentations.

- Experience managing and marketing campaigns for B2B sales.

- Strong technology as well as deep knowledge in multiple business domains

- Ability to work cohesively with technology teams and be accountable for a delightful customer experience throughout the customer engagement.

- Strong Business Development Skills and Experience
