Cog Culture - Management Trainee - Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Job brief : We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with management and understanding the business process operations
- Taking parts in meetings, workshops and other training programs
- Taking brief and liaising with managers, supervisors and other management staff/senior staff
- Compiling research work to support business process
- Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization
- Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization such as personnel, performance, creative, business development, client servicing
- Identifying trends and preparing presentations, reports and dashboards for developing recommendations
Requirements and skills
- Experience in management or a similar/relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Advertising, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Effective communication skills
- A degree in Management or Business
