1. Market research and analysis :

- Develop and implement strategies to get attention for fund investors

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop strategies for business growth

2. Client Acquisition :

- Identify and target prospective clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

3. Product Promotion :

- Educate clients about the features and benefits of the bank's offerings and how they can address their financial needs

- Promote the bank's products and services to prospective clients through various channels, including presentations, meetings, and networking events

4. Revenue Generation :

- Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively selling the products and services.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure profitable deals for the bank while meeting client requirements

5. Cross selling and up selling :

- Track and analyse sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients

- Collaborate with other departments, such as wealth management and investment banking, to offer comprehensive solutions to clients

6. Relationship Management :

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions.

7. Compliance And Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

- Assess and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities and client relationships
