- As a Business Development Executive, within Coequal Nidhi Limited you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, networking, and building relationships. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment while contributing to the achievement of our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.

3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

5. Present company products and services to prospective clients in a compelling manner.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.

7. Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry news, competitors, and market changes.

9. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.

10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

1. Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. 0 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a B2B OR B2C environment.

3. Minimum track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions.

6. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mind-set.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

9. Flexibility to travel as needed.

10. Additional language skills may be advantageous, depending on the target market(s).

- English and Kannada is must.
