Codingal - Telecaller (1-3 yrs)

Codingalis the #1 coding platform and community for the school students to learn Computer Science by building apps, games, and websites. All classes are taught live 1:1 by vetted and trained teachers with programming backgrounds. We have seen good revenue traction since the launch in Sep 2020, great retention at 80% and NPS at 67, a large and growing market with low penetration, and a strong founding team of 2nd-time entrepreneurs. This is a job for smart people who can:
- Minimum 1 years of experience required in Telecaller profile.
- Make calls to customer who have signed up for free 1-hour coding class on the website
- Do lead qualification by asking them if they will attend the class
- Handle outbound calls
- Can be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
- Update systems
- must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM)
- Must have laptop or PC with smart phone
- Good in English & Hindi communication
