Key Responsibilities :

- Should Have Prior Experience Of Handling A Team (Female Candidate Required)..

- Monitoring And Managing A Team Of Telesales Executives And Driving Productivity.

- Ensuring That The Executives Meet Targets And Sending Reports To The Manager On Timely Manner.

- Periodically Reviewing The Performance Of The Team, Constantly Motivating Telecaller To Driving Them Towards Incentives.

- Candidates Should Be An (Individual Contributor) As Well As A Team Leader.

- Resolve The Customer's Query.

- Must Of Laptop Or PC With Good Internet Connection

- Maintenance/Checking Of Lead Conversions.

- Provide Information Of Products / Services / Offers To Customers.

- Handling Outbound Calls.

- Familiarize The Team With The Customer Needs, Specifications, Design Targets, The Development Process, Design Standards.

Skills And Competencies:

- Excellent Verbal Communication Both English & Hindi.

- Any Graduate And Above.

- Prior Experience As A Telecaller Team Leader Or Similar.

- Good Leadership / Supervisory Skills.

- Service Orientation.

- Computer Literate.
