Codingal is on a mission to inspire school kids to fall in love with coding.

We are looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager who is passionate about this role.

Role and Responsibility :

- Drive user acquisition and engagement for building Codingal community

- Conduct programs to drive acquisition and retention of users leveraging organic channels, competitions and partnerships

- Identify, recruit and organise programs with new partners, vendors and affiliates

- Drive the school partnership program for Codingal. You will be responsible for building Codingal's school connect in Indian subcontinent and MENA

- Conduct workshops, coding masterclass and coding competitions to drive Codingal community program

- Manage referral program to drive user acquisition and engagement

- Hunt for like-minded partners (schools & corporates) to drive coding programs for schools kids

- Responsible for monthly acquisition of users from partnership programs

- Build Codingal as the strongest brand for school kids

- Responsible for content distribution via email-drip, sms, Whatsapp, social media and other non-paid channels.

- Responsible for workflow automation, drip and data management

- Manage and drive joint engagement between schools and partners

To be successful in this role, you will have to be :

- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup

- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill

- Flexible and independent, with ability to work with details in fast-paced environment

- At least 6 month experience in Partnership / marketing / sales executive

Salary: INR 30,000/month + stock options + performance rewards
