The in-house Placement Cell of Coding Ninjas is hiring a mid-senior social media marketer, who can build and maintain brand affinity with our target audience, and understand what it is that they need to get to their goals.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop Social Media Strategy
- Lead development of a wide range of original content : Thought marketing, videos, memes, gifs,reels,statics and other content that works better on the particular platform.
- Should be proficient with all the major social media channels i.e. FB, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Create monthly and quarterly social media calendars along with the campaign calendar.
- Analyse and report the performance of each platform to quantify the effectiveness of the campaign and hence scale the learning.
- Should have an experience of working with a team and as an individual contributor as well.
- Should understand the need and operating style of our TG and hence curate content according to the seasonality.
- Should have done influencer marketing in the past as well.
Experience : Must have an experience of minimum 2 year+ of managing Social Media platforms with good analytical skills
Designation : Social Media Manager
CTC : Upto 8 LPA
