Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking to hire Junior Account Managers to join our Career Services & Placement division, which enables tech jobs for Coding Ninjas students. 


This role will be required to :

- Identify, engage and build relationships with top tech and product companies in India, including their key stakeholders across CTOs and Tech HRs.

- Identify and build relevant partnerships with other players in the tech-recruitment space.

- Build a strong pipeline of job opportunities for Coding Ninjas students.

- Build client relationships, maintain key accounts and explore opportunities.

This role will be responsible for ensuring jobs and internships for Coding Ninjas- students

Key Responsibilities :

- New business development to get tech & product companies for their Tech Recruitment.

- Source new relevant openings through inbound, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & various other job portals.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects across India.

- Collaborate internally & externally for scheduling interviews for candidates.

- Build strong client relationship to get repeat business.

- Assist and manage Sales Development / Lead Generation process.

Skill requirement (ideal candidate) :


- Strong Business Development (B2B) experience.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of overall experience.

- Prior experience in Recruitment or Hiring is a plus.

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Has good listening skills.

- Proficient with LinkedIn and other networking tools.

- Highly confident and outgoing individual.

- Experience with top recruiting agencies, channel sales of hiring portals etc. will be an advantage.

- Familiar with coding language/terminology a must-have, (preferably B.tech, CS background).
