Manager - Inside Sales
Responsibilities :
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
- Handle revenue targets and should have excellent product/service articulation, negotiation and closure skills.
- Set KPI's for the team.
- Motivate and inspire the team members and make sure that the targets are achieved month on month.
- Being accountable for tasks performed.
- Identify new growth drivers through market mapping, competition tracking and spotting growth trends.
Requirements :
- 2+years of experience, preferably from an EdTech Domain.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate and influence with or without reporting lines.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up hungry to grow on a rapid basis.
- Implement strong process hygiene.
