1. Managing end to end responsibility once the customer has booked & building good customer relationship with them
2. Implementing all the process so that customer has a smooth experience throughout
3. Analysing the need of the customer to offer him other courses which are helpful to enhance their skill
4. Ensuring that timely feedbacks are taken & registered so that relevant team can take action to upgrade the system
5. Take a customer focus approach to handle any customer queries/grievances & provide resolution.
6. New Customer Acquisition by motivating the existing customer to refer to their friends & family.
7. Provide support to all stakeholders in the system viz Teacher, parent, student etc.
8. Ensuring high customer satisfaction score for building long lasting customer relations.
1. Graduate with 1 -2 year of experience in a Customer Service.
2. People person should have good interpersonal skills
3. Good communication skills oral & verbal required
4. Basic understanding of MS Office & email skills.
5. Flexible with work timings & can take shifts as required.
6. Ability to handle critical situation with politeness & patience.
7. Self motivated to learn & adapt to new processes.
