Role & Responsibilities :

- As a Business Development Executive at Codefy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our business expansion efforts. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless and successful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and industries for business development through market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.

- Client Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and position our solutions effectively.

- Solution Presentation : Present our products and services to potential clients, showcasing how they can address their specific business challenges and provide value.

- Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations, create compelling proposals, and collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful contract closures.

- Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

- Pipeline Management : Maintain a well-organized and updated pipeline of leads, opportunities, and ongoing deals using CRM tools.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth transition from lead generation to project initiation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing technical solutions with clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
