- We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

1) New Business Development :

- Prospect for potential new clients for Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC etc.) and turn these into increased business with the team.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Manage a team of Sales.

- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives and formulate the pricing for solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.

2) Management and Research :

- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met individually by the team.

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Present business development training and mentoring to the team.

3) Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

- 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Strong organization and project management skills.

- Friendly and personable demeanor.

Salary : 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
