Your Role :
- Creating and maintaining databases of potential clients for all products and services
- Generating leads and opportunities through cold calling, website enquiries through business networking channels
- Follow up with introductory emails
- Preliminary selling
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Fixing appointments for the BD team
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Calling to assigned Tele calling Data Base & sending E-mails.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business -development plans.
Skills Required :
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in using MS office preferred
