We are looking for Sales Team Leader for CocMoc - DELHi for a FMCG COCMOC Fruit flavoured juice company.

The Team Leader is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and leadership are responsible to enhance overall organizational revenue and growth through the successful execution of the sales and distribution initiatives in his Area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Distribution Development

- Responsible for Sales Growth to increase market share

- Responsible for volume growth in his Area.

- Reporting directly to MD

- Lead a team of 3 to 5 Sales officers in his ZONE.

- Build a team and motivate them for high performance

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in mainstream FMCG Industry

- Should have rich FMCG Sales & distribution expansion background

- Must have lead a team of Sales Officers & Sales Representatives in the FMCG Industry.

Preferred Age: 25 - 40 Years

- A graduate in any discipline or MBA from a good institute may be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Possess strong leadership skills

- Strong Selling ability

Contract length: 11 months

Job Type: Contract

Salary: - 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
