CMS Infosystems - Manager - Enterprise Sales (3-12 yrs)

Role Overview :


We are looking for a self-motivated Client Acquisition Manager to join our Acquisition Team to scale the growth of our business with companies across India. This role is for an experienced sales and marketing professional who is responsible to increase the number of first transactions by interacting with CXOs across companies of all sizes preferably in retails, warehousing, logistics, BFSI, MFGs.

Responsibilities :

- Business Development : This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment which emphasises on spreading CMS's unique way of doing business with the customers in field of VSAAS (Video Surveillance as a Service) & Remote Monitoring (Video Surveillance)

- Present CMS to key Decision makers : You would need to understand the VSAAS Value offerings deeply and be able to pitch to Heads of General Admin/Security/IT or C-level Executives of all Indian companies.

- Bidding the enquiry processes : You would need to participate in end-to-end request-for-quotation process for the enterprises.

- Negotiation : You must develop good relations and understand the customer needs to negotiate well with the customer on prices and cater to his inquiries.

- Maximizing the Revenues : Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account.

Qualifications :

1. Educational Background: MBA from top tiered management Institutes (Engineering Graduates or any related discipline would be an advantage)

2. Work Experience: experience in enterprise Sales.

3. Preferred Experience: Any Industries with video surveillance sales would be preferred.

3. Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of Retail, logistics, Warehousing and their capabilities would be an advantage.
