- Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition within the industry.

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively highlight the features and benefits of our services/products.

- Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing client inquiries or concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services/products to clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to the management team via weekly MIS
