Behtar - Cluster Store Manager (1-3 yrs)
Designation : Cluster Store Manager (CSM)
Location: Bangalore

- As a Cluster Manager, you will focus on leading your teams in all areas of Service, Sales and Marketing, Store Operations & end to end management of stores.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Inspire, motive and coach the store managers and assistants
- Liasoning with marketing agencies and looking after pamphleting and activation
- Positioning, layout and labelling of stores, coordinating with the central warehousing team and the suppliers
- Customer management including personalisation of offers, managing complaints, feedbacks and create wholesome experience
- Team development and talent management
- Demonstrate experience and results in sales performance, visual merchandising and leadership
- Creating a positive and engaging working environment and ensuring excellent service and operational standards across all stores
- Be involved in new store openings
Remuneration : Fixed: 3-5 lakhs per annum ( based on experience ) +Incentives ( can be upto 200% of the fixed income, depending on performance )
Desired Skills : Strong relationship building, leadership skills and a hunger to succeed
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience : Graduate( MBA Preferred ) having 1-3 years of similar experience in retail
