This role is responsible to manage & develop Online Dealing - Revenue team for B2C Vertical & will be reporting to National Revenue Head - B2C.
Person will be based out of Mumbai - Andheri East Office and will be managing team size of 30+ with direct reporting of 2 Branch Service Managers.

Any graduation, Any PG
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing & Developing the Online Dealing Team to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Ensuring the resource's availability for smooth business operations
- Tracking the business deliverable and report the same to management
- Ensuring the team is updated on the new business features and services
- Generating cross sales business via trading clients
- Plan & Implement R&R for team members
- Ensuring the business standards and norms are followed to maintain compliance
- Pioneering new process implementation & idea generation for great customer experience.
- Enabling new processes to better delivery mechanism which in turn leads to customer delight in their transactions.
- Developing contest to keep team motivated for earning incentives & other business programs
