Our client is looking for Cluster Sales Manager

The job description for the same is detailed below:-

Education: Any Graduate / Any PG

Location: Cochin

Experience: 7-8 Years of Experienced Broking professionals/ Banking/Financial Services.

Job Description / Key Roles:

- To ensure that assigned branches achieve targets for customer acquisition.

- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at the regional level

- To promote cross-selling and add value to the High Net Worth relationships at the branches.

- To co-ordinate and handle Branch P&L.

- To ensure overall profitability of the assigned branches

- To analyze and continuously monitor the performance of the team. Create a strategy to achieve team targets.

- To constantly engage with various teams to generate business.

- To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the branches are met.

- Controlling attrition at branch levels.

- To ensure that all branches maintain all statutory and business regulatory controls and comply with the code of conduct.

Skills Required : Good communication & Negotiating skills, Ability to Influence and Motivate team, Target Driven team & self. Excellent Customer relationship management

Candidate Attributes :
