Cluster Sales Manager - BFS (5-7 yrs)

- Responsible for delivering results in terms of sales targets on a daily basis by the Areas Sales Manager and also SRA, from the stores and adjoining catchments areas and ensure Service level agreements are met.

- Head OF Sales for implementation of specific product promotions/customer relationship Programme.

- Act as a feed-back loop for key customer related issues

- Store specific promotion Programme.

- ASM, Sra, Store Manager.

- Generate the budgeted leads for each product

- Achieve targeted Revenue across products and stores

1. To lead the team help them generate sales/revenue targets set by the company. I also act a Spoc between the state team and HO in stream line various functions.

2. In addition to this core function we also do the following chores :

- Fore Cast business plans & strategies (Annually/Half Yearly/Quarterly/Monthy/Weekly)

- Recruitment & Training

- Logistics & Finance

- Liaise between other formats & departments

- Graduate

- Good knowledge of MS office - Excel / Word

- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales of any banking/insurance/financial services/direct marketing products.
