Urgent hiring for Cluster Relationship Leader - Business_Current account & Trade/ Forex - Team handling with one of the leading bank for Delhi location
Job Description :
Relationship Management & Revenue Generation :
- Lead a team of trade & forex for deepening & Up-Selling on key CA-led relationships
- Drive the superlative client servicing standards & rigor in RM
- Drive superior product & process for sales and service to premier CA client, along with necessary feedback to Program Team for enhanced product development
- Manages Top clients in the portfolio to ensure superior experience
- Captures and maximizes the business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process
- To explore new avenues for enhanced revenue generation/fee income
- Conceptualizing & implementing the competent strategies to expand existing relationships
Team Management :
- Drive RM's to achieve Goal sheet targets across CASA Value, Tfx income, BB, CMS, LI, MF, Locker, NTB Acquisition & other products penetration
- Completion of all certifications required for RM's along with HCM and Compliance
- Jointly work with HCM to identify & recruit the RM's in the cluster
- Training and development of team on qualitative & product knowledge
