Cluster Manager - Stock Broking Firm (7-16 yrs)
Hiring for Cluster Manager with a leading Stock Broking Co.
Position: Cluster Manager
Grade: IL3
Location: PUNE
Reporting to: Regional Head
Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees): Minimum 7 relationship managers/Sales managers
Specific Responsibilities
- Team Building of Minimum 7 RM- s
- Ensuring Acquisition and on boarding New HNI clients
- Building & Developing client Relationship.
- Developing Margin Funding book
- Ensure Business development through advisory services
- Achieving Revenue targets
- Adhering to compliance.
Key Performance Indicators
- Acquire 2 HNI clients per month per RM (Min Margin of 10 lacs)
- Identify large traders/investors from his region & on-board them.
- Getting a larger wallet share of the client.
- Recommend stocks from our Research basket & Advise client on their portfolio.
- Generate revenue min. 2.5X team cost.
- Key Inter-relationships
Internal: RM/Dealers/CS/Research/RMS
External: Customer
Experience: 7-10years
Qualification: Graduate
