Cluster Manager - Sales - Retail (7-15 yrs)

Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience handling multiple stores in Beauty or Cosmetic Segments.
- Effectively manage the P&L of all stores to optimise store profitability.
- Optimise hiring of Manpower in line with the Business Plans and store roll out.
- Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity , brand standards, Company policies and procedures.
- To identify under performing store and prepare a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
- Coaching the store manager and staffs on performance improvement.
